Carl Fourie has had a love for plants since he was 5 years old and he already started landscaping as a hobby during his primary school years.
After high school he studied in Pretoria at TUT and is now a qualified landscape architect.
Carl has worked for large companies in the city, such as Eksklusiewe Tuine, Topturf and works with Servest.
He was also the project manager of the Mooi River Mall’s gardens in conjunction with Real Landscapes (now Servest).
In Mauritius he also built golf courses and created gardens with Top Turf.
It is no surprise that with all of his qualifications and experience, Carl decided to start up his own business.
In 2006 Carl founded Impression Landscapes and today it is a flourishing business.
Impression Landscapes is sought after by office blocks, doctor’s rooms and large exclusive homes.

The company also works alongside the municipalities of Matlosana and Kenneth Kaunda. The N12 Beautification Project is a good example of the excellent work that Carl and his team are capable of. The municipality approached Carl directly to work on the project. He was not only the project manager, but the actual design was also his own.
